b. By International Money Order (please specify that Kalimát Presentations will NOT pay any fees or expenses to release the International Money Order). Send to Kalimát Presentations, Malmvagen 4B, 5tr, 191 61 Sollentuna, Sweden. We do not accept checks.

»You have 2 weeks (14 days) to complain your order(s). We pack all shipments securely and carefully but damage may occur during shipment. If any of your purchase is damaged contact us immediately. It is up to the recipient to notify us of damaged goods. In order to process a refund, these instructions must be followed.

»We will give you a return authorization. No merchandise returns will be accepted by us unless you have an authorization number from Kalimát Presentations. Send the package then back to us, and we will pay back your product expenses (minus your shipping to Kalimát Presentations.) We send with Air Mail.
